How we work
Engineers run the contracting arm, manufacturing people run Mazel Electric, growers and food people run Agro-Oud. No central team pretends to know every sector.
Governance, reporting, safety and quality expectations are set at group level and applied the same way in every company.
The group holds and operates its businesses rather than packaging them for resale, so work is judged on how it performs for years.
